The Jamaican-themed promo sees the star shaking her bum and grinding on speakers in front of a variety of colourful backgrounds.
The video was directed by Melina Matsoukas, who also directed the video for Hard.
It's retro style uses '80s comic book lettering and the trademark crowns and style made famous by modern artist Jean Michel Basquiat.
RiRi said: "Its completely different from any other video I've shot before. A lot of my videos are really dark and edgy and tough. Rude Boy is more playing along the lines from my roots. We used a lot of colour, but also the costumes were very Jamaican dance-hall queen type."
